  • ½ teaspoon of black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon of salt
  • 1 teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 packet 1 oz of ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 ½ cups 0.75 lbs of shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 can 15 oz / 0.9 lbs of sweet corn, drained (or 1 ½ cups fresh/frozen corn)
  • ½ cup 0.25 lbs of sour cream
  • ¼ cup 0.12 lbs of mayonnaise
  • ½ teaspoon of red pepper flakes optional for spice
  • ¼ cup 0.12 lbs of chopped green onions (for garnish)
  • ¼ cup 0.12 lbs of cooked and crumbled bacon (optional, for extra flavor)

Instructions

  • Cook the Beef:
  • Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it up with a spatula (5-7 minutes). If needed, drain excess fat.
  • Sauté the Aromatics:
  • Add diced onion and cook until softened (3 minutes).
  • Stir in garlic, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Cook for another 30 seconds.
  • Add Seasoning & Corn:
  • Mix in Worcestershire sauce and ranch seasoning.
  • Stir in the sweet corn and cook for 2 more minutes until heated through.
  • Make It Cheesy & Creamy:
  • Reduce heat to low and fold in sour cream, mayonnaise, and half of the shredded cheddar cheese.
  • Stir until everything is well combined and creamy.
  • Melt the Cheese:
  • Sprinkle the remaining cheddar cheese over the top.
  • Cover and let cook on low until the cheese melts (2-3 minutes). Alternatively, transfer to a baking dish, sprinkle cheese, and broil for 2-3 minutes until bubbly.
