  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes optional
  • 1/2 cup diced bell peppers optional
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions optional
  • 1/4 cup sour cream optional
  • Salsa or hot sauce for serving

Instructions

  • Prepare the Filling:
  • Cook the Meat: In a skillet over medium heat, cook the sausage, bacon, or ham until browned and heated through. Remove and set aside.
  • Sauté Vegetables (Optional): In the same skillet, sauté the diced bell peppers and tomatoes for 3-4 minutes until softened. Set aside.
  • Cook the Eggs:
  • Whisk the Eggs: In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper until well combined.
