Step 2: Make the Filling

•In a small bowl, mix ½ cup of softened butter, ½ cup of brown sugar, 1 tbsp of cinnamon, and 2 tbsp of cocoa powder. Set aside.

Step 3: Roll and Fill the Dough

  • 1/2 cup brown sugar packed
  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips or milk chocolate chips
  • For the Frosting:
  • 4 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1-2 tablespoons milk to reach desired consistency
