  • 1/2 cup roasted red peppers drained and chopped
  • 1/2 cup sliced banana peppers optional
  • 1/4 cup chopped black olives optional
  • 4 large eggs beaten
  • 1 tablespoon dried Italian seasoning
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  • Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 350ยฐF (175ยฐC). Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
