  • Peanut butter creamy: 200g (3/4 cup; 0.44 lb) โ€“ the star flavor.
  • Powdered sugar: 100g 1 cup; 0.22 lb โ€“ sweetens the filling.
  • Vanilla extract: 1 tsp 5ml; 0.01 lb โ€“ enhances flavor.
  • Heavy cream: 120ml 1/2 cup; 0.26 lb โ€“ whipped into the filling for lightness.

For the Chocolate Ganache:

  • Semi-sweet chocolate chopped: 100g (3.5 ounces; 0.22 lb) โ€“ rich topping.
  • Heavy cream: 60ml 1/4 cup; 0.13 lb โ€“ creates a smooth ganache.

Instructions

Prepare the Crust:

  • Mix the chocolate cookie crumbs with the melted butter until well combined. Press a tablespoon of the mixture into the bottom of mini dessert cups or a muffin tin lined with paper cups. Chill in the refrigerator to set.

Make the Peanut Butter Filling:
