  5. Pour and Set: Pour the mixture into the prepared pan, spreading it evenly. Top with more crushed OREOs if desired.

Instructions

  • 3 cups white chocolate chips (or semi-sweet if preferred)
  • 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 20 Oreo cookies, roughly chopped
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • Prepare the Pan: Line an 8x8-inch or 9x9-inch baking dish with parchment paper, leaving an overhang on the sides for easy removal.
  • Melt the White Chocolate: In a medium saucepan, combine the white chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and butter. Heat over low heat, stirring constantly, until the mixture is melted and smooth.
  • Add Vanilla and Oreos: Remove the saucepan from heat. Stir in the vanilla extract, then gently fold in 3/4 of the chopped Oreo cookies, reserving some for topping.
  • Pour and Spread: Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared baking dish, spreading it out evenly with a spatula. Press the remaining chopped Oreos into the top of the fudge.
  • Chill the Fudge: Place the fudge in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours or until set and firm.
  • Slice and Serve: Once the fudge is fully set, lift it out of the pan using the parchment paper overhang. Cut into squares and serve.
