Ingredients

  • 12 slider buns Hawaiian rolls or any soft dinner rolls
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 pound deli salami thinly sliced
  • 1/2 pound deli ham thinly sliced
  • 1/4 pound pepperoni slices
  • 1/4 pound provolone cheese sliced
  • 1/4 cup roasted red peppers chopped
  • 1/4 cup banana peppers chopped (optional)
  • 1/4 cup black olives chopped (optional)
  • 1/2 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1/4 cup Italian dressing store-bought or homemade
  • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese optional

Instructions

  • Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Prepare the Buns: Without separating the slider buns, slice them in half horizontally. Place the bottom halves of the buns in a 9x13-inch baking dish or on a lined baking sheet.
  • Layer the Meats and Cheese: Layer the salami, ham, pepperoni, and provolone cheese evenly over the bottom halves of the slider buns.
  • Add the Veggies: Evenly sprinkle the chopped roasted red peppers, banana peppers (if using), and black olives (if using) over the cheese.
  • Top with Dressing and Lettuce: Drizzle the Italian dressing over the layered ingredients. Add a layer of shredded lettuce on top.
  • Add the Top Buns: Place the top halves of the slider buns over the assembled sandwiches.
  • Make Garlic Butter: In a small bowl, mix the melted butter with garlic powder and Italian seasoning. Brush the tops of the buns with the garlic butter mixture. If desired, sprinkle the tops with grated Parmesan cheese.
  • Bake: Cover the sliders with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the sliders are heated through. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 3-5 minutes, or until the tops are golden brown.
  • Serve: Remove the sliders from the oven and let them cool slightly. Use a sharp knife to cut them into individual sliders. Serve warm.
