Ingredients

- 1 tablespoon of sugar
- 1 teaspoon of baking powder
- ½ teaspoon of baking soda
- ¼ teaspoon of salt
- ¾ cup 0.4 lbs of buttermilk
- 1 large egg
- 2 tablespoons of melted butter
- ¼ cup 0.12 lbs of maple syrup
- For the Filling:
- ½ lb of breakfast sausage cooked and crumbled
- ½ cup 0.25 lbs of shredded cheddar cheese
- ½ cup 0.25 lbs of cooked and crumbled bacon (optional)
- For Topping Optional:
- Extra maple syrup for drizzling
- Powdered sugar for a sweet touch
Instructions
- Preheat & Prepare the Muffin Tin:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease a mini muffin tin or use mini cupcake liners.
- Make the Pancake Batter:
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk the buttermilk, egg, melted butter, and maple syrup.
