Instructions
Preparation Steps
In a large pot, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned.
Add chopped onion and minced garlic, and sauté until the onion is translucent.
Stir in chicken broth, diced tomatoes, and Italian seasoning. Bring to a boil.
Add broken lasagna noodles and reduce heat to a simmer. Cook until noodles are tender, about 10 minutes.
Serve hot, topped with shredded mozzarella cheese.
Notes
For a vegetarian version, substitute beef with a plant-based alternative and use vegetable broth.
