Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a muffin tin.
In a large bowl, combine the cooked macaroni, cheese, milk, beaten egg, diced jalapenos, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
Spoon the macaroni mixture into the prepared muffin tin, filling each cup to the top and pressing down slightly.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and the tops are golden brown.
Allow to cool slightly before removing the cups from the muffin tin. Serve warm.
Notes
You can adjust the number of jalapenos to taste for more or less heat. Perfect for a party appetizer or a savory snack!
