▢
1
tablespoon
honey or maple syrup
optional, to taste

1
teaspoon
lemon juice
for brightness
▢
Optional garnish: fresh pineapple wedges
mint, or shredded coconut
Instructions
Blend It Up:
Add frozen pineapple, coconut milk, honey (if using), and lemon juice to a high-powered blender or food processor.
Blend until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed. This may take a few rounds depending on your blender.
Adjust Texture:
If the mixture is too thick, add a splash more milk or juice to help it blend smoothly.
You want a thick, soft-serve consistency—similar to a thick smoothie.
Serve Immediately:
Scoop or pipe into bowls or cones and enjoy right away for the best texture.
If you’d like a firmer texture, freeze for 30–60 minutes before serving.
