  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp dijon mustard

  • 0.5 tsp salt to taste
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper to taste
  • 0.25 cup chopped green onions for garnish

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Place the zucchini halves on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
