Instructions
Preparation Steps
In a large bowl, combine warm milk, granulated sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes until foamy.
Add melted butter, eggs, and salt to the yeast mixture. Stir until well combined.
Gradually add flour, mixing until a soft dough forms. Knead for about 5 minutes.
Cover the dough and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour or until doubled in size.
Preheat oven to 350°F (177°C). Roll out dough on a floured surface into a rectangle.
Mix orange juice, orange zest, and powdered sugar to prepare the glaze. Brush glaze over the rolled out dough.
Roll up the dough, slice into 12 rolls, and place in a greased baking pan.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until lightly golden. Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
These rolls are best served warm. Consider garnishing with additional orange zest for extra flavor.
