Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat.
Add taco seasoning and 1/2 cup water to the beef, simmer until thickened.
Roll out puff pastry sheets on a floured surface and cut into 8 squares.
Place pastry squares on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Spoon beef mixture onto one half of each pastry square, top with cheese and salsa.
Fold the pastry over to form a triangle and seal the edges with a fork.
Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
Serve with lettuce, sour cream, and jalapeno slices.
Notes
You can substitute ground beef with cooked chicken or beans for a vegetarian option.
