  • 1 cup marinara sauce plus extra for dipping
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 4 oz sliced pepperoni
  • 2 tbsp olive oil for brushing
  • 0.5 tsp dried oregano optional
  • 0.5 tsp garlic powder optional

  • Spread the marinara sauce over one half of the dough, leaving a 1-inch border around the edges.

  • Fold the dough over the filling and press the edges with a fork to seal. Brush the top with olive oil.
  • Sprinkle with dried oregano, garlic powder, and grated Parmesan cheese, if using.

  • Let the calzone cool slightly before slicing and serving with extra marinara sauce.
