Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large bowl, mix together flour and sugar. Add the butter and blend until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
Roll out the dough and cut into circles using a cookie cutter. Press the circles into a muffin tin to form a crust.
In another bowl, combine apples, cinnamon, nutmeg, and lemon juice. Spoon the apple mixture into each crust.
Bake for 25 minutes or until the crust is golden brown.
