  • 3 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 4 cups apples peeled, cored, and chopped
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 0.25 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a large bowl, mix together flour and sugar. Add the butter and blend until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
  • Roll out the dough and cut into circles using a cookie cutter. Press the circles into a muffin tin to form a crust.
  • In another bowl, combine apples, cinnamon, nutmeg, and lemon juice. Spoon the apple mixture into each crust.
  • Bake for 25 minutes or until the crust is golden brown.
