Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a bowl, toss the mushrooms with olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
Spread the mushrooms in a single layer on a baking sheet.
Roast in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until tender and golden brown.
Drizzle with balsamic vinegar, if using, and toss to coat.
Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
Notes
