  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp salt or to taste
  • 1 tsp freshly ground black pepper or to taste
  • 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar optional
  • 2 tbsp parsley chopped for garnish

Instructions

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a bowl, toss the mushrooms with olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
  • Spread the mushrooms in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  • Roast in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until tender and golden brown.
  • Drizzle with balsamic vinegar, if using, and toss to coat.
  • Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.

Notes

For extra flavor, sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese before serving.
