Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking pan.
In a large bowl, mix together the melted butter and sugar until smooth.
Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract.
Sift the flour, cocoa powder, salt, and baking powder together and fold into the wet ingredients until just combined.
Gently fold in the broken Oreo pieces, reserving a handful for topping.
Pour the batter into the prepared pan and spread evenly. Sprinkle reserved Oreo pieces over the top.
Bake for 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Allow the brownies to cool before cutting into squares and serving.
Notes
For an extra touch, drizzle melted white chocolate over the cooled brownies.
