Instructions
Preparation Steps
Cook the spaghetti according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the chicken pieces and cook until browned and cooked through.
Stir in the salsa con queso, chicken broth, cumin, and chili powder. Bring to a simmer.
Add the cooked spaghetti to the skillet and toss to coat. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until heated through.
Serve with chopped cilantro and lime wedges.
Notes
For extra heat, add some diced jalapeños or a pinch of cayenne pepper. This dish can be prepared in advance and reheated but is best enjoyed fresh.
