Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
Whisk the eggs in a large bowl and season with salt and pepper.
Stir in the diced bell peppers, cheese, and green onions.
Pour the egg mixture into greased muffin tin molds, filling each about 2/3 full.
Bake for 18-20 minutes or until the eggs are set.
Let cool for a few minutes before removing from the tin.
