  • 1 lb salmon fillets cut into 4 pieces
  • 3 tbsp white miso paste
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce low sodium
  • 2 tbsp mirin
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp grated ginger fresh
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 2 tbsp sesame seeds for garnish
  • 2 tbsp sliced green onions for garnish

Instructions

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F, and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together the miso paste, soy sauce, mirin, rice vinegar, honey, grated ginger, and sesame oil until smooth.
  • Place the salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet and brush the miso glaze evenly over each piece.
  • Bake the salmon in the preheated oven for 10 minutes or until the fish is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
  • Remove from oven, sprinkle with sesame seeds and sliced green onions, and serve immediately.
