Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat the oven to 400°F, and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a small bowl, whisk together the miso paste, soy sauce, mirin, rice vinegar, honey, grated ginger, and sesame oil until smooth.
Place the salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet and brush the miso glaze evenly over each piece.
Bake the salmon in the preheated oven for 10 minutes or until the fish is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
Remove from oven, sprinkle with sesame seeds and sliced green onions, and serve immediately.
