Ingredients
 

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 12-16 dill pickle slices patted dry
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried dill optional, for garnish

Instructions

  • Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
  • Prepare Cheese Mixture: In a small bowl, mix the cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, and paprika.
  • Assemble Chips: Place small mounds (about 1 tablespoon each) of the cheese mixture on the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart. Flatten each mound slightly with the back of a spoon.
  • Add Pickles: Press one dill pickle slice into the center of each cheese mound.
  • Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for 8-10 minutes, or until the edges of the cheese are golden and crispy.
  • Cool and Garnish: Allow the chips to cool for 2-3 minutes on the baking sheet, then transfer to a wire rack. Sprinkle with dried dill, if desired.
