Preparation Steps
Place eggs in a saucepan and cover with cold water. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat. Once boiling, remove from heat and let eggs stand in hot water for 10 minutes.
Remove eggs from hot water, cool under cold running water, and peel.
Cut eggs in half lengthwise. Remove yolks and place in a medium bowl; set aside whites.
Mash yolks with a fork and stir in mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, salt, and pepper.
Fill egg whites with yolk mixture. Sprinkle with paprika and chives.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
Notes
For an added twist, try incorporating finely chopped pickles or a splash of hot sauce into the yolk mixture.
