Make the Brownie Batter:
Preheat Oven:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a mini muffin tin or line it with mini cupcake liners.
Mix Wet Ingredients:
In a large bowl, whisk together the melted butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract until smooth.

Cover the peanut butter filling with a little more brownie batter, filling the cups about 3/4 full.
