Ingredients

  • 1 can 16 oz refrigerated biscuit dough (like Pillsbury)
  • 1 cup cooked chicken shredded or diced
  • 1 cup cooked bacon chopped
  • 1 cup shredded cheese cheddar or mozzarella
  • 1/4 cup ranch dressing
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter melted
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley or fresh, chopped
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9x9-inch baking dish or a similar-sized oven-safe skillet.
  • Prepare the Filling: In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, chopped bacon, shredded cheese, ranch dressing, garlic powder, parsley, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
  • Prepare the Biscuit Dough: Open the can of biscuit dough and separate the biscuits. Cut each biscuit into quarters.
  • Assemble the Rolls: Add the biscuit pieces to the chicken mixture and gently toss until the biscuit pieces are coated.
  • Transfer to Baking Dish: Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish, spreading it out evenly.
  • Drizzle with Butter: Brush the top with the melted butter for added flavor and a nice golden color.
  • Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the biscuits are cooked through and golden brown.
  • Serve: Let the rolls cool for a few minutes before pulling them apart and serving warm. They can be garnished with extra parsley if desired.
