  • 2 large eggs beaten

  • 0.5 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil for frying

Instructions

Preparation Steps

  • In a large bowl, combine grated zucchini and a pinch of salt. Let sit for 10 minutes, then squeeze out the water.
  • Add ground chicken, breadcrumbs, eggs, salt, and pepper to the bowl. Mix until everything is well combined.
  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Form the mixture into patties.
  • Cook patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked through.
  • Serve hot with your choice of dipping sauce.
