Instructions
Preparation Steps
In a large bowl, combine grated zucchini and a pinch of salt. Let sit for 10 minutes, then squeeze out the water.
Add ground chicken, breadcrumbs, eggs, salt, and pepper to the bowl. Mix until everything is well combined.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Form the mixture into patties.
Cook patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked through.
Serve hot with your choice of dipping sauce.
