Main Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups graham cracker crumbs for the crust
  • 0.5 cups unsalted butter melted
  • 2 cups white chocolate chips melted
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 0.5 cups granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cups heavy whipping cream chilled
  • 1 cups mixed berries such as strawberries, blueberries, raspberries
  • 0.25 cups white chocolate shavings for garnish
  • 1 tsp powdered sugar optional, for dusting

Instructions

Preparation Steps

  • In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press mixture into a pie pan to form the crust.
  • Melt white chocolate chips in a microwave or double boiler, stirring until smooth.
  • Beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Gradually add melted white chocolate, mixing until fully combined.
  • Whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form. Fold it gently into the cream cheese mixture.
  • Spread the cream mixture evenly over the crust and top with mixed berries.
  • Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving. Garnish with white chocolate shavings and a dusting of powdered sugar if desired.
