  • 4 large pita pockets sliced in half

Preparation Steps

  • In a large bowl, mix the ground turkey, breadcrumbs, beaten egg, salt, pepper, and garlic powder until well combined.
  • Form the mixture into small meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the meatballs and cook for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until browned and cooked through.
  • Place meatballs in the halved pita pockets and serve with cucumber yogurt sauce.
