Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat the grill to medium-high heat or the oven to 425°F (220°C).
In a large bowl, combine beef, shrimp, mushrooms, and cherry tomatoes.
Drizzle olive oil and lemon juice over the mixture and toss to coat.
Stir in garlic, salt, and black pepper.
Divide the mixture evenly onto four sheets of aluminum foil and fold up tightly to seal.
Place foil packs on the grill or in the oven. Cook for 15-20 minutes for medium beef.
Carefully open the foil packs. Serve immediately.
