  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 teaspoon salt to taste
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper to taste

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat the grill to medium-high heat or the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  • In a large bowl, combine beef, shrimp, mushrooms, and cherry tomatoes.
  • Drizzle olive oil and lemon juice over the mixture and toss to coat.
  • Stir in garlic, salt, and black pepper.
  • Divide the mixture evenly onto four sheets of aluminum foil and fold up tightly to seal.
  • Place foil packs on the grill or in the oven. Cook for 15-20 minutes for medium beef.
  • Carefully open the foil packs. Serve immediately.
