Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Rub the pork loin with olive oil, then season with salt, pepper, garlic, and rosemary.
Place the pork loin in a roasting pan and cover with foil.

Remove from oven, let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
