Preparation Steps

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Rub the pork loin with olive oil, then season with salt, pepper, garlic, and rosemary.
  • Place the pork loin in a roasting pan and cover with foil.
  • Roast in the preheated oven for 90 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
  • Remove from oven, let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
