Ingredients
 

  • 1 box 3.4 oz instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 1 cup 0.5 lbs cold milk
  • 1 container 8 oz / 0.5 lbs whipped topping (like Cool Whip), thawed
  • 2 cups 0.5 lbs fresh strawberries, chopped
  • 2 –3 cups 0.5–0.75 lbs cubed pound cake or angel food cake
  • 1 cup 0.5 lbs mini marshmallows
  • ½ cup 0.25 lbs strawberry yogurt (optional, for extra creaminess)

Instructions

  • Prepare the Pudding Base:
  • In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the instant vanilla pudding mix and cold milk until smooth and slightly thickened (about 2 minutes).
  • Fold in the whipped topping and yogurt (if using) until creamy and fluffy.
  • Add the Mix-Ins:
  • Gently stir in the chopped strawberries, mini marshmallows, and cake cubes.
  • Mix until everything is evenly coated with the fluffy pudding mixture.
  • Chill:
  • Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow the flavors to meld and the salad to firm up slightly.
  • Serve:
  • Spoon into bowls and garnish with extra strawberries or cake cubes if desired.
  • Best served chilled!
