Instructions
Preparation Steps
Combine strawberries and sugar in a bowl and let sit for 10 minutes.
In a blender, puree the strawberry mixture until smooth.
In a large bowl, mix cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add the heavy cream, continuing to mix until combined.
Stir in the strawberry puree and vanilla extract.
Freeze the mixture in an ice cream maker according to the manufacturer's instructions.
