Instructions
Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
Mix the Dough: In a large mixing bowl, combine the strawberry cake mix, vegetable oil, eggs, and vanilla extract (if using). Stir until well blended.
Fold in Chocolate Chips: Gently mix in the chocolate chips.
Scoop the Dough: Drop tablespoon-sized scoops of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
Bake: Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are set but the centers are still soft.
Cool: Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer them to a wire rack to cool completely.
