  • 2 cups fresh strawberries hulled and sliced
  • 2 cups fresh blueberries washed
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup brown sugar packed
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 stick unsalted butter melted

Instructions

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large bowl, combine strawberries, blueberries, and a tablespoon of flour. Toss to coat the fruit.
  • In another bowl, mix the remaining flour, rolled oats, brown sugar, and cinnamon.
  • Pour melted butter over the flour and oat mixture and stir until crumbly.
  • Spread the fruit mixture evenly in a 9-inch baking dish. Top with the crumble mix.
  • Bake for 30 minutes, or until the topping is golden and the fruit is bubbling.
  • Allow to cool slightly before serving.
