Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
Add spinach to the skillet and cook until wilted. Remove from heat.
In a mixing bowl, combine ricotta, half of the mozzarella, half of the parmesan, salt, black pepper, and Italian seasoning. Stir in the cooked spinach and garlic.
In a baking dish, spread half of the marinara sauce on the bottom. Add half of the cooked pasta, then layer the ricotta mixture on top. Add remaining pasta and cover with remaining marinara sauce.
Sprinkle remaining mozzarella and parmesan over the top.
Bake in preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until cheese is bubbly and golden.
Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
