Preparation Steps
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat and sear the chicken on both sides until golden brown.
Remove chicken and set aside. In the same skillet, add garlic and cook until fragrant.
Add the cream, spinach, and artichokes, stirring until the spinach wilts.
