Instructions

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  • In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat and sear the chicken on both sides until golden brown.
  • Remove chicken and set aside. In the same skillet, add garlic and cook until fragrant.
  • Add the cream, spinach, and artichokes, stirring until the spinach wilts.
  • Place the chicken back into the skillet and top with Parmesan cheese.
  • Transfer the skillet to the oven and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.
