Instructions
Preparation Steps
In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, milk, egg, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
Shape mixture into 1-inch meatballs.
In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add meatballs and cook until browned on all sides, about 5 minutes. Transfer to slow cooker.
In a medium bowl, mix cream of mushroom soup, beef broth, and Worcestershire sauce. Pour over the meatballs in the slow cooker.
Cover and cook on low for 4 hours.
Notes
Garnish with freshly chopped parsley before serving, if desired. Serve with mashed potatoes, pasta, or rice.
