  • 0.5 tsp black pepper freshly ground
  • 1 cup frozen peas

Preparation Steps

  • Place the chicken breast in the slow cooker.
  • Add rice, chicken broth, salt, and pepper over the chicken.

  • Add frozen peas during the last 30 minutes of cooking.
  • Shred the chicken and mix well before serving.
