Instructions
Preparation Steps
In a large skillet, heat sesame oil over medium-high heat and cook the beef slices until browned.
Add broccoli florets and stir fry for 5 minutes until broccoli is tender.
In a small bowl, mix together soy sauce, ginger, and cornstarch mixture. Pour over beef and broccoli.
Cook for another 3-5 minutes, stirring constantly until the sauce thickens.
