  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoons water
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger

Instructions

Preparation Steps

  • In a large skillet, heat sesame oil over medium-high heat and cook the beef slices until browned.
  • Add broccoli florets and stir fry for 5 minutes until broccoli is tender.
  • In a small bowl, mix together soy sauce, ginger, and cornstarch mixture. Pour over beef and broccoli.
  • Cook for another 3-5 minutes, stirring constantly until the sauce thickens.
