Season & Sear the Steak:
Pat steak dry and season generously with salt and pepper.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
Sear steak for 3–4 minutes per side (for medium-rare), or cook to your preferred doneness.
Let rest for 5–10 minutes before slicing thinly against the grain.
Make the Dressing:
In a small bowl or jar, whisk together olive oil, vinegar, Dijon, garlic, honey, salt, and pepper until well combined.
Assemble the Salad:
In a large bowl or platter, layer greens, tomatoes, onions, cucumber, and avocado.
Top with sliced steak and crumbled cheese.
Drizzle & Serve:
Drizzle with dressing just before serving, or serve it on the side.
