Ingredients
 

  • 1 cup frozen raspberries
  • 1 cup frozen peaches
  • 1 banana sliced
  • 1/2 cup orange juice or peach juice
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt vanilla or plain
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup optional, for sweetness
  • 1/4 cup water or milk optional, for desired consistency

Instructions

  • Combine Ingredients: In a blender, add the frozen raspberries, frozen peaches, banana, orange juice, Greek yogurt, and honey (if using).
  • Blend: Blend on high until smooth and creamy. Add water or milk a little at a time if the smoothie is too thick.
  • Adjust Sweetness: Taste and adjust sweetness with additional honey or maple syrup, if needed.
  • Serve: Pour into two glasses and serve immediately. Garnish with a slice of peach or a few raspberries if desired.
