Preparation Steps

  • Cook the bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crisp, 6–8 minutes. Drain, cool, and crumble.
  • Toast the slivered almonds in a dry skillet over medium heat until fragrant, 2–3 minutes. Let cool.
  • Whisk the mayonnaise, Worcestershire, garlic powder, cayenne, black pepper, and salt in a large bowl.
  • Fold in the shredded cheddar, green onions, crumbled bacon, and toasted almonds until evenly coated.
  • Chill for 15–20 minutes to let flavors mingle, if time allows.
  • Serve in a bowl topped with extra onions, alongside crackers, chips, or crisp veggies.
