  • 1 package 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup dill pickle spears patted dry
  • 1 pound thinly sliced deli ham or beef
  • Toothpicks for securing

Instructions

  • Lay out the slices of deli ham or beef on a clean surface.
  • Spread a thin, even layer of softened cream cheese onto each slice.
  • Place a dill pickle spear at one end of each slice.
  • Carefully roll up the ham or beef slices with the cream cheese and pickle inside, creating tight rolls.
  • Secure the rolls by inserting toothpicks at regular intervals along the seam.
  • Repeat the process until all the ingredients are used.
  • Refrigerate the pickle roll-ups for at least 1-2 hours to allow them to set and the flavors to meld.
  • Before serving, remove the toothpicks and cut the pickle roll-ups into bite-sized pieces.
  • Arrange the Pickle Roll Ups on a serving platter and enjoy the delightful combination of creamy, tangy, and savory flavors in each bite.
