  • 2 cups shredded cheese cheddar or mozzarella
  • 4 pieces flour tortillas 8-inch
  • 1 cup pizza sauce
  • 0.5 cup sliced pepperoni optional

Instructions

Preparation Steps

  • Heat a large skillet over medium heat.
  • Place one tortilla in the skillet. Spread 1/4 cup of pizza sauce over the tortilla.
  • Sprinkle 1/2 cup of cheese and a few slices of pepperoni on top.
  • Place another tortilla on top and cook until the bottom is golden brown, about 2-3 minutes.
  • Carefully flip the pizzadilla and cook the other side for another 2-3 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
  • Remove from the skillet and repeat with the remaining ingredients.

Notes

You can customize your pizzadilla with different toppings like olives, mushrooms, or bell peppers.
