Preparation Steps
Heat a large skillet over medium heat.
Place one tortilla in the skillet. Spread 1/4 cup of pizza sauce over the tortilla.
Sprinkle 1/2 cup of cheese and a few slices of pepperoni on top.
Place another tortilla on top and cook until the bottom is golden brown, about 2-3 minutes.
Carefully flip the pizzadilla and cook the other side for another 2-3 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
Remove from the skillet and repeat with the remaining ingredients.

You can customize your pizzadilla with different toppings like olives, mushrooms, or bell peppers.
