In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef and onion until the beef is browned and the onion is tender. Drain excess fat.
Add the pizza sauce to the beef mixture and stir well. Remove from heat.
Cut each biscuit into quarters and place in a large mixing bowl.
Add the beef mixture and 1 cup of cheese to the bowl with the biscuit pieces. Stir to combine.
