Preparation Steps
In a bowl, combine steak slices with soy sauce and cornstarch. Let it marinate for 10 minutes.
Heat oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add beef and cook until browned. Remove and set aside.
In the same skillet, add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds. Then add the bell peppers and stir fry until they start to soften.
Return the beef to the skillet, mix well, and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
