Prepare the Meat Mixture:
In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the chopped bacon until crispy. Remove and set aside.
In the same skillet, cook ground beef and onion until browned, about 6–8 minutes.
Add garlic, Worcestershire, salt, pepper, and smoked paprika. Stir well.
Drain any excess fat and stir the cooked bacon back into the mixture. Set aside.
Make the Garlic Parmesan Sauce:
In a medium saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Whisk in flour and cook for 1 minute.
Slowly whisk in milk and cream. Stir continuously until thickened, about 3–4 minutes.
Add Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Stir until smooth, then remove from heat.
Assemble the Lasagna:
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a 9x13-inch baking dish, spread a small amount of garlic sauce on the bottom.
Add a layer of cooked lasagna noodles, followed by a layer of beef and bacon, a drizzle of garlic sauce, and a sprinkle of cheddar cheese.
Repeat layers, ending with noodles, remaining garlic sauce, and a generous layer of cheese (cheddar and mozzarella).
Bake:
Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes.
Remove foil and bake for an additional 10–15 minutes, or until the top is bubbly and golden.
Let rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
Garnish & Serve:
Sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve hot with a side salad or garlic bread.
