Preparation Steps
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
Mix Parmesan cheese, bread crumbs, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper in a shallow dish.
Coat chicken breasts in olive oil and then dredge in the Parmesan mixture, pressing to coat evenly.
Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add chicken breasts and cook until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side.
Transfer skillet to the preheated oven and bake until chicken is cooked through, about 10-15 minutes.
Notes
For extra flavor, add a squeeze of lemon juice over the chicken before serving.
