  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a small bowl, combine panko breadcrumbs and grated parmesan cheese.
  • Place the salmon fillet on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Brush salmon with olive oil and season with garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
  • Press the panko mixture onto the top of the salmon fillet.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until the panko is golden brown and the salmon is cooked through.
