Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a small bowl, combine panko breadcrumbs and grated parmesan cheese.
Place the salmon fillet on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Brush salmon with olive oil and season with garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
Press the panko mixture onto the top of the salmon fillet.
Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until the panko is golden brown and the salmon is cooked through.
