Instructions
Preparation Steps
In a large pot, sauté onions and garlic over medium heat until soft.
Add sliced Andouille sausage and cook until browned.
Pour in chicken broth and tomato sauce, and bring to a boil.
Add ziti pasta and stir. Cover and cook for 10-12 minutes, or until pasta is tender.
Remove from heat and stir in mozzarella cheese until melted.
Notes
For extra flavor, you can add red pepper flakes or grated Parmesan cheese before serving.
